Hokimai Bay is one of the most favoured spots on Kawau Island, being sheltered, intimate and superbly located in Bon Accord Harbour in near proximity to the Yacht Club and other attractions.

This delightful cottage is right on the water in the eastern half of the bay and enjoys easy access to an excellent all tide wharf. This makes coming and going by water taxi or ferry very simple.

Owned by the same family for many years, the house has not previously been rented, but is now available to careful tenants on either a medium or long term basis.

Fully furnished, with the exception of linen and towels, the two story house has a master bedroom with en-suite upstairs and a double bedroom with sofa bed downstairs.. The upper rooms and decks enjoy delightful views out over the bay, while the lower level looks out on bush. A deep water mooring suitable for a boat up to 6 metres and dinghy are available for tenant use.

While not suitable for children, this property is an ideal retreat for careful adults for either medium or long term stays. Available at $1100 per week on a short term basis, a reduced rental is negotiable for longer stays.
