Swansea Bay is one of the quieter backwaters of Kawau Island. Tucked up at the top of Bon Accord Harbour, it is a delightful enclave of real “kiwi” bachs, sitting right on the waters edge and enjoying sunshine, shelter and serenity.

Access to the property is by way of a shared all-tide wharf upon which ferries can drop you off. If arriving in your own boat, you can tie up to the Pohutukawas at high tide or to the mooring at low tide.
The house was built about 30 years ago and extensively renovated approximately 10 years ago. There are 3 bedrooms, a good sized lounge/living area and the normal services. Both the main bedroom and the lounge have glass doors opening on to the front deck. Additionally, there are decks on the other sides of the house.
